The terroir
An exceptional terroir
Our vineyard, located in Trépail, on the south-eastern slope of the Montagne de Reims, is classified as a Premier Cru.
Our vines, covering an area of 5.60 ha, are mainly cultivated with Chardonnay (90% of the vineyard) but also with Pinot Noir (10%).
Respect for the earth
If our Terroir is a guarantee of quality wines, this implies a work of the vine respectful of nature. We have therefore adopted a sustainable viticulture, without insecticides or herbicides, with soil work, in order to respect the cycle of nature and its biodiversity.
As a result, our farm is now certified as High Environmental Value.
